Get ready to move, laugh, and grow strong in our Big Gym! During Fitness Class, students will explore the exciting world of movement through fun sports basics and kid-friendly calisthenics. Each session is designed to boost confidence, encourage teamwork, and inspire a lifelong love for staying active.

With a double major in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky, and 9 years of experience teaching Preschool through 3rd Grade PE, I bring both knowledge and passion to every class. My goal is to create an energetic and supportive environment where children feel proud of their progress and excited to keep moving.
