Our Staff

Our staff encompasses all the amazing qualities of Maria Montessori’s lessons. They lead with their hearts and ensure your children are in a safe and loving environment every day.

A Village Green Montessori has the unique advantage of all staff having been Montessori trained.

While it may seem like it should be this way at every Montessori school, this is not the case. We ensure that all our lead teachers go through the rigorous training to be fully-licensed Montessori educators, including a year-long internship, to provide your children with the very best educational experience. In addition, each of our assistant teachers has completed an AMS paraprofessional training course to ensure that everyone at VGM is able to effectively implement the Montessori philosophy.

Our Montessori school was founded in 2002 and is still in the capable hands of our Head of School, Ann Phillips.
