Sarah Sparrowgrove

Hi there! I’m Sarah Sparrowgrove. I am energized by the daily joy of working with toddlers during these important early years. Village Green Montessori has been a special part of my journey since I first joined in 2019 as a Lead Teacher in the toddler classroom. After recently taking a leave to homeschool my two children, Audrey (10) and Ethan (9), I’m so grateful to return to the classroom environment and to be part of this warm, supportive community once again!

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in infant and toddler development. I also earned my Infant and Toddler Montessori Certification from the Seton Montessori Institute.

With over twenty years of experience working with children, I’ve devoted my life to nurturing young learners and their families. Before my time at VGM, I ran a licensed home daycare, where I built lasting bonds with many children and their families. My connection to VGM began in 2007 when I was a nanny for a child who attended the school. I loved the warmth and care I saw here—not just for the children, but for the parents and caregivers too!

I’m looking forward to partnering with you and getting to know your child as we create a joyful, nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. Let’s make this year one to remember!
