Carla Flores

Hello! My name is Carla Flores, and I am excited to begin my journey at A Village Green Montessori. I have three years of experience in Early Childhood Education, working with infants, preschoolers, and kindergarten students. I graduated as an elementary teacher in Guatemala, where I discovered my passion for helping young children learn, grow, and build confidence in themselves.

I believe that children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful hands-on experiences. My goal is to create a classroom where every child feels safe, valued, heard, and excited to learn each day. I love building strong relationships with my students and making sure each child knows they are special, capable, and appreciated.

Although I am new to the Montessori community, I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and eager to learn, grow, and embrace the Montessori philosophy alongside my wonderful colleagues. I look forward to creating a nurturing environment where children can develop independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and making lasting memories together. I am truly looking forward to meeting all of the wonderful children and families at VGM, and I can’t wait for an amazing year of learning, growth, and discovery together!
