Margaret Webb

VGM Support Teacher

2 years at VGM

Hello, my name is Margaret Webb, and I am so happy to be a part of the Village Green Montessori community! After a full and rewarding forty-year career in education—serving as a teacher, administrator, and professional development presenter—I was looking for a way to continue my passion in a new setting. I’ve found that joy here at VGM, where I love helping children discover, explore, and learn life skills. The Montessori method is incredibly effective, and I truly enjoy learning alongside the children every day.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Dominican University. I am certified in Illinois and Texas in Educational Administration, English 6-12, P.E. K-12, Early Childhood-12 ELA, and Reading 4-12. Over the years, I’ve come to know that education is more than just academics; it’s about a combination of life skills, the development of self, and social awareness.

Outside of school, I am a proud mother of four and a grandmother of ten. I love camping, gardening, reading, and taking on challenging DIY projects. I look forward to getting to know all of you!
